Plant the seed today and be patient, nurture your goals, spend time working on them, protect them from outside influence and when the season is right you'll reap the rewards. 

How you start your day is so important, how lucky we are to wake up each morning! Below you'll find some tips on how to begin your day and feel like you can conquer any mountain.  

Start a morning routine, I can not tell you how much this helps me and I know that all of the people who inspire me have positive morning routines.

Wake up early, before the rest of the world, you might need to set an alarm in the beginning but after a while your body clock will wake you up.

Spend a few moments deep breathing: breath in through your nose for three seconds, hold for three seconds and then breath out through your mouth for three seconds, do this three - 6 times, it'll fill you with oxygen and really wake you up!

Invest in a gratitude journal and write down at least three things you're grateful for, I'm sure you can think of many, many more. Starting your day in gratitude sets you off on the right foot to tackle whatever you will face in the day ahead.

Have a coffee or tea or hot water and set out your goals for the day in your gratitude journal, then read a few pages from a book that inspires you or listen to a podcast that will fill you with fire.

Get some exercise, starting the day with a 30-60 minute workout will make you feel incredible and able to face anything!

Whatever the day has in-store for you, remember that you control how you react and feel about everything! Stay positive and focused and know that each step is one step closer to your goals. Love and live every day!
