Workshops

Moments that Matter

Life can get overwhelming sometimes, we're always on the go, always contactable and always striving for authentic connection with people and experiences; we're always looking for 'moments that matter'. In the world we live in a lot of people are living away from home and from family and other loved ones, this can also be a challenge. This workshop will help people link back in with what really matters to them, those moments that 'take your breath away' and moments that last a lifetime. In this workshop participants will create jars of memories, 'moments that matter' that can be exhibited around the workplace or taken home.

Become the You Who Can

We've all set a goal, started on the path towards it and one thing or another blocks the path and we end up giving up. In this workshop Steven explains about the mindset aspect of goal setting and goal achievement and shares practical tools and techniques to help participants recognise what is blocking them and how they can climb over the block or blast through it. The focus of this workshop is on values, limiting beliefs and habits and participants will leave with a new toolbox filled with tools that will help them achieve any goal.

"The desire to create is one of the deepest yearnings of the human soul."

- Dieter F. Uchtdorf

In the world of social media and digital devices, where were constantly accessible, it can be hard to switch off and link back in with out creativity, leading to a a reduction in innovation.

Creative workshops are great for team building and working towards a team goal, they're also great way for people to express themselves and their feelings and emotions.

Workshops can be tailored to group or business goals and usually run for between 2 and 4 hours, bespoke workshops can be created based on group or business needs.

Typical creative workshops:

  • Memories that Matter

  • Explore your story, visually

  • Embrace your creative voice
